常州金源铜业有限公司是由日本吉坤日矿日石金属株式会社、五矿资源有限公司、常州工贸国有资产经营有限公司等多方投资组建的铜线材生产企业。公司座落于常州中吴大道776号，南靠312国道，北临著名的京杭大运河，与交通便捷的京沪铁路干线及沪宁高速公路相近，水陆运输条件得天独厚。公司总占地面积122,411平方米，注册资金28,242.9万元人民币，投资总额80,000万元人民币。
公司于1998年从德国曼内斯曼·德马格公司全套引进的CONTIROD水平浇铸生产工艺设备，每小时产能30吨，年产可达18万吨Ø8㎜低氧光亮杆。
公司于2010年开始使用从美国南线公司全套引进的SCR轮式浇铸生产工艺设备，每小时产能48吨，年产可过30万吨Ø8㎜低氧光亮杆。
该生产线具有环保节能，高效低耗，自动化和计算机监控程度高、产品质量优良稳定等特点。
为达到Ø8㎜低氧光亮杆的高品质，公司同时配套引进了全套美国、德国制造的高精度产品质量检测试验仪器和在线涡流探伤检测系统。具有当今世界最先进的光亮铜杆质量检测技术和手段，确保了高端用户对产品质量的要求，满足提供高品质的产品。
为更好地满足广大客户对产品规格的需求，公司于2003年引进意大利SAMP公司双头大拉机，使可供产品规格延伸至Ø3.5㎜到Ø1.13㎜以下各种规格的软、硬裸铜丝。

Changzhou Jinyuan Copper Co.,Ltd.(CJC) is a joint venture of JX Nippon Mining & Metals Co.,Ltd.,Minmetals Resources Co.,Ltd.and Changzhou industrial and Commercial Assets Management Co.,Ltd.CJC locates at 776 zhongwu Road,Changzhou city.It faces the new NO.312 national road,adjacent to the famous General Channel(from Beijing to Hangzhou)in the north,has a close linkage with main railway between Nanjing and Shanghai.Therefore,CJC enjoys innate transportation conveniences both by vessel and road. It occupies a land of 122,411 square meters and has a total investment amount of 80 million RMB with registered capital of 28,242.9 million RMB.
In 1998,CJC started production, using one Contirod processing facility from Mannesmann Demag AG of Germany. The production line makes a feature of horizental casting and produces Ø8mm low oxygen copper wire rods at 30 tons per hour and 180,000 metric tons a year.
In 2010,CJC started one SCR plant with wheel caster from South Wire Co．of American, producing Ø8mm low oxygen copper wire rods at 48 tons per hour and 300,000 metric tons a year.
Both of them are environment friendly and energy saving,efficient with high-level automation and computer-based monitoring, which enable to make consistently high-quality product.
To assure product the best in quality,complete sets of highly-precise instruments for quality inspection and testing,and also in-line eddy current flaw detection systems were introduced from Germany and from the United States.With up-to-date quality control techniques and instruments,all the customers are satisfied with the quality.
To make our service better for customers in a wide range of product specificaltions,we bought a twin-head rod breakdown machine in 2003 from SAMP of Italy to produce soft annealed and hard-drawn un-annealed bare wires with sizes from Ø3.5mm to Ø1.13mm.
